The Selling Process

INITIAL VISIT

  1. Meet with sellers- check out the home
  2. Discuss time frame and seller’s needs
  3. Talk about what will make the home sell in the shortest time for the highest sales price
  4. Answer any questions sellers may have about BHHS KoenigRubloff or The KlopasStratton Team
  5. Discuss and explain listing agreement- what seller’s can expect of us and what we expect of seller’s

SECOND VISIT

  1. Thorough Market analysis provided
    • Closed area sales within last 6 months
    • Active area sales
    • Adjustments made, additions or subtractions from the comps provided
  2. Discuss realistic market time frames
  3. Decide TOGETHER on a listing price
  4. Address any concerns either party may have
  5. Sign the listing agreement
